Nutritional value

The pomegranate is a fruit with low energy content: for every 100 g of product, it provides about 35 kcal.
In terms of micronutrients we distinguish between vitamins C, B6, B3, E, B9 and A.

Pomegranates contain minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, sodium, iron, selenium and zinc. They also contain tannins and anthocyanins.
